ClipForge does not grant, transfer, or imply any copyright permissions or licences. Using this tool with content you do not own, or for which you do not hold explicit written permission, is a violation of our Terms of Service and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable copyright law (including but not limited to the DMCA, EU Copyright Directive, and equivalent national legislation).

By using ClipForge you affirm that you have verified your rights for every piece of content you submit.

ClipForge is a text-analysis tool. Its sole function is to read transcript text that you provide and return AI-generated suggestions for clip ideas, hooks, captions, and hashtags.

• ClipForge does not download any video or audio.
• ClipForge does not store or host any video content.
• ClipForge does not redistribute or publish any media.
• ClipForge processes only the plain text you paste into the application.

Any YouTube URL you provide is used solely as a reference label for your own organisation — it is not fetched, crawled, or scraped by our systems.

You must not use ClipForge for any of the following:

• ✕Content you do not own and have not received explicit written permission to use.
• ✕Content that is subject to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property protection without a valid licence.
• ✕Content that violates the Terms of Service of the originating platform (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, TikTok).
• ✕Content belonging to a third party where no permission, Creative Commons licence, or fair-use basis applies.
• ✕Any activity intended to circumvent or undermine the rights of original content creators.

Breach of these prohibitions results in immediate termination of your account. ClipForge reserves the right to report abuse to relevant authorities.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The AI-generated clip suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, editorial, or creative advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClipForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
